Parish Registration
Are you a member of our parish but have yet to complete a parish registration form? If so, we need to know who you are! Please use the following form (provided in both pdf and Word format) to register all of the members of your household. You can print off the form, complete it, and return it to our centre via fax (862-7110), mail (553 George Street, New Waterford, B1H 4E4), or drop it off. Alternatively, you can simply drop it in the collection basket at any of our weekend liturgies. Using the Word version of the file, you can type in your information and email the form back to us at pastoralcentre@parishofsaintleonard.com
